Overview
Creators on Rumble can now choose to send a push notification to their followers when a new video is uploaded and ready to view. This feature helps creators alert their audiences to new content outside of live streams, increasing visibility and engagement.
Why this matters
Previously, push notifications were only sent for live streams. With this update, creators can also notify followers of newly uploaded videos, ensuring fans never miss new content and helping creators drive more consistent traffic to their uploads.
How it works
-
Creators can send a push notification for a newly uploaded video.
-
This setting appears on the Upload Video page under the Visibility section, directly below the Scheduled setting.
-
The option is disabled by default and must be manually selected each time.
-
Creators can send only one push notification per video upload within 24 hours.
-
If a notification was sent within the past 24 hours, the checkbox will appear disabled (greyed out) until the cooldown period expires.
-
Applies to web uploads only at this time.
