What happens when you get the message:
"Waiting for an encoding server to claim video"
This means the video is being processed by our servers. This whole process can sometimes take twice as long as your video is, so if you are submitting a 10 minute video, you could potentially wait 20 minutes for an encoding server to finish its work and make the video available.
At times it may seems that it's stuck, so if you have waited more than 12 hours without a change in status, please send us an email. Otherwise wait for it to complete.
